If necessary, upon request, it is possible to add two other single beds (accommodating a maximum of 8 people).
Services: bath towels and bed linens are provided, Wi-FI Internet, free parking, air conditioning (extra charge).
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside.
To reach the apartment it is necessary to climb a flight of external stairs.
Nearby you will find: a grocery store and bakery, restaurants, bars, pharmacy and beaches on the lake.
The bus stop is right in front of the house.
The boat dock is 500 meters away.
Outdoors
The apartment has a large private terrace overlooking the lake where you can enjoy the breathtaking view and relax in the sofa area.
The terrace is also equipped with an outdoor table and chairs for dining outside.
The house is equipped with a video surveillance system only in the outdoor areas.
Reserved parking space
The reserved parking area is very spacious: it is possible to comfortably park 2 cars.
It is possible to close the access gate, at the guests' discretion.
Access to the parking space is directly from the main road.
